Track: ENT Devices

ENT Devices are medical tools used to diagnose, monitor, and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. These devices play a crucial role in improving the accuracy of diagnosis and the effectiveness of treatments in otolaryngology.
Endoscopes:
These are flexible or rigid devices used to visualize the inside of the ear, nose, and throat. They allow doctors to examine structures like the sinuses, nasal passages, and larynx. Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and laryngoscopy are common procedures involving endoscopes
Hearing Aids:
These Devices used to assist individuals with hearing loss. Hearing aids amplify sound and can be customized to the user’s specific hearing needs. Modern hearing aids come with advanced features like Bluetooth connectivity and noise reduction.
Tympanometers:
Used to assess the function of the middle ear and diagnose conditions like otitis media (middle ear infections) or eustachian tube dysfunction. Tympanometry tests how the eardrum responds to air pressure and sound.
CPAP Machines:
Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines are used to treat sleep apnea, a condition where the airway becomes obstructed during sleep. The device delivers a steady flow of air to keep the airway open.
Hearing Implants:
The Cochlear implants and bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHAs) are used for individuals with severe hearing loss. Cochlear implants bypass damaged parts of the ear, directly stimulating the auditory nerve.
