Abstract
Aim: To analyze medical records of patients who underwent of Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion
Objectives: Describe the resulting postoperative complications, describe preventive measures and methods of treating complications.
Material and methods: We analyzed the medical records of 438 patients who underwent of Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion performed from August 2016 to November 2024.
Results: According to the analyzed data of 438 clinical cases, 19 postoperative complications were obtained
Discussion: Clinical cases of various complications are described
Conclusions: The optimal options for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications during of Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion.
